I called another plumber to unblock my sewer pipe and this first supposedly expert company did not succeed in unblocking it and therefore indicated in his report that it was the city which was at fault... He was not able to pass the camera since the pipe could not be unblocked...
So the city was reluctant to open the street without proof of a visual...
I therefore consulted people in the public services sector who strongly recommended this business house that is Rooter Express...
They quickly responded to my request and unblocked my pipe using 2 different types of specialized tools to finally pass the camera and finally re-clean the pipe in the part where an accumulation was concentrated near the junction of my pipe and that of the city ,,,
So no need for the city to dig up the street and/or for me to dig on my land too...
